How much does Social Media cost?
It really depends on what you’re looking to get out of Social Media, the current situation and profile quality of your social channel and targets / objectives that you’d like to achieve. For example, if you’re a local plumber, you would look to spend between £80 – £155 p/m on Social Media promotion, posts and activity across all of your social channels to work towards obtaining leads / enquiries throughout these channels. However if you’re a larger organisation, perhaps a Garage Doors company looking to obtain additional referrals through a referral marketing programme, remarketing adverts require additional time and thought to ensure success and therefore would be looking to spend £155+p/m. Whatever your situation we price accordingly to your desired outcomes and bespoke for every new client we look at.
Does Social Media really work?
If Social Media didn’t work for our clients, then we wouldn’t be here today! Social Media certainly does work, however the strategies adopted between clients can be vastly different. For example, a company selling a technical product used within the manufacturing industry would not appeal to a B2C marketplace and therefore Facebook / Twitter may not be the most suitable of approaches. However LinkedIn, regularly engaging with members of the same industry and potential customers via written articles published on LinkedIn and shared across these groups would certainly be a way forward to obtain new leads and enquiries. We can adopt our method and approach to suit your marketplace requirements.
Do you lock anyone into contract?
No! Locking companies into contracts is an outdated and old method and typically comes from agencies who may be scared of losing you! We let the results prove our worth and so far, none of our clients have left us!
How long until I see results?
Typically we see a substantial increase for our clients within month 2 of our Social Media plan, however it really depends on the current status and situation profile of your social channels. A new business which requires new social accounts would require at-least 2-4 months of building a suitable base of likes / followers to start referral marketing and promotion. Whilst an established Social Media profile requires additional improvements to provide that extra insight to really nail down on what your customers are looking for.
Can I easily add or remove the social media platforms to be managed?
Yes of course, it’s completely up to you. We will obviously give your our recommendations but if you wanted to mix it up and try extra platforms, we’ll be glad to help you out. The one thing we’d never advise on is completely stopping social media management for a particular network if you’re gaining a strong following and seeing results. Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing strategies work best when consistency is at the heart of your campaigns.
So what are you going to post?
This will depend on what best fits your company and your goals, but we always aim to produce and share a variety of content. As a general rule of thumb, the majority of the content we share will be aimed to engage with your target audience, but we’ll also produce posts that advertise your products and services. As an example, we may share an array of interesting articles, stunning graphics, videos, competitions and relevant news stories with your followers. How often will you post?
This again depends on your individual requirements. Some social media agencies will prefer flooding your social media accounts with irrelevant posts, purely to seem busy and on the ball, but that’s not necessary. It’s more important that the content shared is valuable, engaging or interesting for your target audience. We’re true believers in offering quality over quantity.
Will you setup my social media accounts? Is that extra?
Yes we’ll happily do this for you but as you’ll see below there is a small fee per social media account.
